At Prescriptives Online, we understand how important security is to you. When you place an order at Prescriptives Online, we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Maximum Purchase Policy

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than six (6) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $750 per customer. Redeeming Promotional Codes

Steps for redeeming a Promotion Code:

  1. 1. Enter your Offer Code on the "Billing" page.
  2. 2. Promotion codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear.
  3. 3. When an Offer Code is accepted, the offer will be displayed in your "Order Review".

Gift Wrap Service

Gift orders always receive special care at Prescriptives Online.

Your gift will arrive at its destination beautifully wrapped, tied with a gift ribbon. You may choose to include a gift card, on which we will print your personal message.

If you wish to have your Prescriptives order gift wrapped, simply select the "Gift Wrap" option during "Checkout" and follow the simple instructions. The gift wrap charge will be added when you continue the "Checkout" process. Gift Wrap is $3.00 per order.

Please note: Multiple items within a gift order will be presented as one gift package.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA (starting 1/1/19), ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE (starting 1/1/19), NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC (starting 11/1/18), SD (starting 11/1/18), TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV (starting 1/1/19). Enjoy automatic replenishment of many of your favorite Prescriptives products! Items eligible for this service will appear in your Shopping Bag with a "Replenishment Service" notation—and a pulldown menu that lets you select your desired interval: 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, 75 days, or 90 days.

To activate automatic replenishment, simply select the time interval for future shipments from the pulldown menu next to the item(s). These products will be automatically shipped to you at the intervals you select. There's no minimum number of products you must order, and you can cancel at any time prior to shipment.

When your replenishment order is ready to be processed, we will send an email reminder. Within a few days thereafter, your order will be shipped to your default shipping address and charged to your default credit card. You will receive a second email confirming the shipment of the order and that your credit card has been billed.

After your first shipment, replenishment orders can be cancelled and intervals may be changed at any time except once an order has been processed for shipment. To cancel or change your replenishment order, simply click on View/Edit My Replenishment Items in Your Account section of Please note: Intervals must be set for more than 2 business days from the current date.

How To Shop Online

Step One

In the box located adjacent to the product, type in the quantity of product you wish to purchase (up to six [6] of any single item). More information on our Maximum Purchase policy.

Step Two

Click the "Add to Bag" icon to place the product selected in the desired quantity in your shopping bag. If there are multiple products on the same page that you wish to place into your shopping bag, you may enter the desired quantities for each product and then click "Add to Bag" once to place them all in your bag. At any time during shopping you may review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on "View Bag" at the top of each page. You may change your mind, delete item(s) in your shopping bag or cancel the entire order before placing it.

Step Three

When you've completed shopping, click the "Checkout" button found on each page. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that your shopping bag contents may be changed during checkout prior to clicking on "Submit Order". After your order has been submitted, an "Order Confirmation" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 1-866-290-6471 for assistance.

Selecting Color Online

This site is best viewed with Netscape or Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600. Please note that monitors display colors differently based upon their settings.

Click on "View Bag" to display your shopping bag with the list of the items selected for purchase, the selected quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.


If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to "View Bag" and select the "Remove" button to the left of the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.
