$5.00 for Standard Shipping per shipping address.

For shipments that contain Gift Cards and other items: shipping and handling charges will be calculated based upon the total amount of the merchandise purchased. Gift Card amounts are not included in the calculation of shipping and handling charges.

Gift Cards may not be redeemed at Department Store locations.

USING YOUR PRESCRIPTIVES GIFT CARDS

Please note that the information below is applicable to the use of Prescriptives Gift Cards. Please see chart above for rules that are specific to a particular type of Prescriptives Gift Card.

Visit www.prescriptives.com and select the items you want to purchase and click "checkout".

On the Billing Page enter your Prescriptives Gift Card number and PIN Code along with a valid credit card.

When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your Prescriptives Gift Card, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your Prescriptives Gift Card will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card.

When the amount of your order is less than the value on your Prescriptives Gift Card, your credit card will not be charged. Any unused balance will remain on your Prescriptives Gift Card.

Only one Prescriptives Gift Card may be used per order at Prescriptives Online.

Only Prescriptives Gift Cards with a PIN Code and eGift Cards can be redeemed at www.prescriptives.com.
