Due to longer processing times, Custom Blend Foundation and Powder must be ordered separately. Other products may not be placed in the same order with Custom Blend Foundation and Custom Blend Powder. All orders for Custom Blend Foundation and Custom Blend Powder receive Free Standard Shipping and are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.
We currently accept orders that are billed or shipped within the U.S. only. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be shipped the same day if placed by 3:00 PM EST.
Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. If a signature waiver is in place, Prescriptives Online cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Some items sold by Prescriptives Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items.
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Service.
Prescriptives Online accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on Prescriptives.com, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange. If your purchase was completed on or after May 10, 2012, and the package was delivered in the U.S., you are eligible for free return shipping*.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box and the contents and contact us immediately at 1-866-290-6471.
