Shipping Methods

Prescriptives Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your Prescriptives Online package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during Checkout.

• Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
• Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date.
• Orders destined for P.O. Boxes – please allow 6-14 business days from the order's ship date for delivery.
• Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO – please allow 14-21 business days from the order's ship date for delivery.
• Orders destined for U.S. Territories - please allow 14-21 business days from the order's ship date for delivery.

• 2nd Day orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
• 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date.
• We're sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO locations are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.

• Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.
• We're sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO locations are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

Due to longer processing times, Custom Blend Foundation and Powder must be ordered separately. Other products may not be placed in the same order with Custom Blend Foundation and Custom Blend Powder. All orders for Custom Blend Foundation and Custom Blend Powder receive Free Standard Shipping and are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

We currently accept orders that are billed or shipped within the U.S. only. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be shipped the same day if placed by 3:00 PM EST.

Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. If a signature waiver is in place, Prescriptives Online cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Some items sold by Prescriptives Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items.

• The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Prescriptives Online, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
• If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box Addresses

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Service.

Shipping to U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii

Prescriptives Online accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. Free Returns on Prescriptives Products

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on Prescriptives.com, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange. If your purchase was completed on or after May 10, 2012, and the package was delivered in the U.S., you are eligible for free return shipping*.

• If you are eligible to receive free shipping on your return package, please call us at 1-866-290-6471. Our Online Beauty Advisors will be happy to help you find a product to better suit your needs—or refund your purchase price—and we'll cover the return postage.
• A free return label will be provided to you via email. Simply print the label and affix it to the return package.
• To prepare your return package, please fill out the Return Merchandise/Exchange section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.
• If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include your payment information on the back of the invoice.
• If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.
• Take the return package to your local UPS drop-off location or UPS store for shipment.

Please note: *Offer cannot be applied to Prescriptives.com orders placed prior to May 10, 2012. Offer is subject to change. Some restrictions may apply.

If you wish to return item(s) purchased at Prescriptives.com prior to May 10, 2012:

• Please fill out the Return Merchandise/ Exchange section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.
• If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include payment information on the back of the invoice.
• If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked “Gift Return” on the back of the invoice.
• Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records (optional)
• Affix the return label provided on the original invoice to the outside of the return package.

• For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable if your order was purchased prior to May 10, 2012.  Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
• If the items received are damaged, please refer to "Damaged Items" below.
• Please note: Only products purchased on prescriptives.com may be returned for refund or exchange.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box and the contents and contact us immediately at 1-866-290-6471.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
